Just block the person after you view their profile they cant tell if you viewed their profile if u block them

Apparently, this didn’t work for me as my profile views were literally turned off and I made sure of it because I tested it with two different accounts and I went to my crush profile, then later went back on the app and it said “1 person has viewed your profile” so I turned my profile views on and it was my crush account & she text me why I was stalking her profile.

Apparently if the other person has profile views on even if your is off they can still see you viewed their page. TikTok is misleading because it says they can’t see you viewed but they can!

What if u turn it off and go watch their profile…right after watching their profile u turn it back on…does the TikTok let the person know

How would they know? Would it show them some type a dummy profile name? And would it show them how many times you view their videos?
