Loved the AAF. I watched almost all the games. The best play was the sack on Fleet QB in week 1. That play put the league on the map. My personal favorite play was the "Pick 2" in San Antonio. It was so loud and the highlights show a 30, 000 strong attendance.

I miss the AAF. I was hoping for both the AAF and XFL to become successful spring leagues, and after a few years seeing them come to an agreement and start a bowl game between the winner of each, or one buy out the other or something. Can you imagine a 16 team spring league!?

Great compilation! Hard to argue with you on any of those. The only play I found missing was Phillip Nelson’s backwards facing over the head completion. Hard to believe out of all these highlights Ross was only in one. Mekale McKay and Charles Johnson weren’t in any. Thanks for taking the time to put this together! AAF was an amazing league

Play #8: SLC followed up that gaff by NOT going for the onside attempt with a whole 1:54 left on the clock and a defense KNOWN for not being able to make a big play (see 6:27). Dennis Erickson is such a dope.

A few things:
I got to witness the bercovicci hit at the first game, and got to see the commanders play the stallions. San Antonio loves their teams man. Idc how bad other teams were, I loved their locations and names and how they got their names. I watched every single game. And although that number one hit was bada** that dude’s head slapped tf outta the turf.
Will greatly miss the AAF, gonna try and buy the commanders helmet before they’re all gone for good
