I lost my boyfriend a couple months ago now and this was one of the songs he loved the most. I cherish the the time we were together and all the things he shared with me including his favorite music.
A lot of songs reminds me of him but i still can’t listen to this specific song without start crying immediately...I hope maybe someday I could listen to this song again and remember him with joy instead of sadness.

everyone is describing how this song makes them feel by tying them to experiences like running through a forest, riding your bike, jumping in a pile of leaves, chasing butterflies, jumping in a lake, climbing trees, sitting around a campfire and more and all of those summarize the enjoyment of being a wild and carefree kid. And that is basically what this song feels like to me and I love it so so much.
