Hi there, want to ask why i'm using time history analysis and change the scale factor according to the vary acceleration intensity, example scale factor 20 and 200, but the result of the analysis from etabs, the maximum drift are the same, not sure which part i'm doing wrong .Can Mr Qamar explain and give some guide?

When doing nonlinear time history analysis for steel structure, hinge results are not showed. But same procedure is follow for RCC it shows all results. Then what happen with steel structure. Plz make one video on nonlinear direct integration time history for steel structure. I am doing performance based seismic design for steel structure.

In time history analysis. initial gravity load conditions should be applied instead of zero initial conditions which gives disastrous results. Immediately after construction, probability of EQ load acting first is very low compared to gravity load.
