I Made a Genius AI to Play Games With

In this devlog, as a noob gamedev using Godot, I make an AI friend to play games with!

As a game development learning exercise and preparation for Godot 4, I have been doing game dev tutorials for godot engine. In this video you will watch as I turn a Godot card game by BornCG into a multiplayer game experience as I program an AI.

I started off with a base game created by BornCG, as a noob gamedev, it can be very useful to start from a strong base tutorial like the one made by BornCG. In this indie game devlog video you'll see how I take that game and add my custom spin to it. I hope this godot devlog can inspire you on your own indie game dev journey.

First, we start by developing an AI system to the card game, then I add a fully working memory system and then finish the game off with some custom artwork and polish. And you can play now for free...
