I love your humor. with a healthy mindset around eating, Too many of us have restricted foods without thinking. just because it was a trend. Thank you for leafing us away from silly diets.

I used to be obsessive compulsive as a kid and then one day I just woke up and was like I don't need to do this anymore, the issues literally stopped, thats why gnm has clicked with me so much

I will admit that there is a mindset to this. Following your videos lately have made it easier to enjoy foods, There are still chemicals that are put in some foods that should be limited. Many pastas that contain "glyphosate" this same chemical in round up. Is there enough to cause significant damage? If someone eats it often then I do believe yes. Canola oil, vegetable oils are harmful if someone is using it fry foods all the time. Real 100% virgin Olive oil is best in my opinion.
Since my problems started a few years back I did a journal of what was harming me. I tested multiple times. not by videos online and information, but how my body reacted to the foods I ate.
The results did line up with the so called harmful foods explained by many people.
- Milk, Dairy in general.. too much cheese would always clog my sinuses up. I hated it. I would get bronchitis every year. Sometimes I would get it twice a year.
- Having too much pasta, Microwave burritos, processed food that are heated fast in a microwave all the time. I am certain led to problems.
- The constant drinking of coffee and soda, but mostly coffee. ( 5-6 16 Oz ) cups daily. sometimes more ( did not leave much room for water )
- Candy, chocolate, overall anything with large amounts of sugar in it.

These all are harmful when ingested without eating healthy fruits, vegetables, and making sure I had water, sunlight and exercise in my diet and lifestyle
Also yes adding stress to this mix and I was a wreck eventually.

So now this is what I do. I now limit these things
- Coffee
- Dairy
- Pastas
- Sugar
And I added in my diet/ lifestyle
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- clean water
- sunlight
- exercise

Too much of one specific food whether is proven to be healthy or junk food has also been proven to be bad.
