Мне так бабушка в детстве делала😊
А еще есть второй вариант: черный хлеб, растительное масло и зеленый лук и соль. Мммммм...
Когда набегаешься в детстве летом во дворе, такой перекус прямо прелесть!

Ciao guys!
This time, you made a 30-year-old man cry.
I'm from Turkey, my ancestors are from Balkans, and we love this snack too. My late granny used to prepare this for me when I was a toddler. On 10 October 2023, she passed. I still eat this when I sometimes get hungry, and whenever I eat this, my eyes tear up. Rest in peace granny, I still miss you. ❤

I'm Brazilian. My great grandparents were Italian. My grandma used to make this snack for me when I was a kid. This video brought tears to my eyes remembering her. ❤

I'm portuguese, my mother gave us buttered bread with sugar and a little cinnamon for tea. Still have the taste in my mouth. Delicious!

My parents had not that much money so my mother did that too with a warm cup of tea during the winter. I still love it! Greetings from Switzerland

Oh my what a wonderful memory this brought back! My Italian grandmother and grandfather would come over on Sundays and bring loaves of Italian bread for dinner, my mom would make “as some call it gravy “ (homemade sauce) pasta sausage and meatballs while my mom was finishing up my grandmother would slice my sisters and I pieces of Italian bread she brought slather on butter and sprinkle it with sugar! She would take us outside to eat it on the porch swing she would tell us stories and sing in Italian . thanks so much for reminding me of a wonderful moment in my childhood! I’m 61 it’s been a long time since I thought about that period in time

In Croatia the same! When I was a child in 70s and 80s we had our cows and best butter ever! My sister and me adored this snack. In the sumer we put salt instead of sugar and eat it with warm tomatoes freshly taken from our garden! 🧑‍🍳

As a Mexican person I can say that we do that too.
We use a bread called "Bolillo" and we put butter and sugar in it, sometimes we put it on the fire for a moment so that it becomes crispy and warm. 😊😊
