🌱 Come with me to celebrate my 18th vegan anniversary! Many people are surprised when I tell them my parents introduced me to veganism. But that’s a story for another time.

For now, here’s what I’ll say…

Choosing to be vegan has completely changed my life.

Not only did I fall head over heels with food after becoming vegan…But it led to what’s become over a decade of full-time travel—including 2 years of van-dwelling and an 8 month-long solo around the world trip—becoming a published author, more or less a minimalist, and learning how to run multiple successful businesses over the years.

To celebrate, I took myself out to lunch at @rosalindarestaurant in Toronto. This place has been on my list for a while, and I’m glad that I finally got to try it- those churros?! OMGawd. 🤤

And if you’re wondering about my parents- yep, they’re still vegan too. 😃

Thanks for celebrating with me, and remember to eat well and travel often. Yay!
