hey just wondering, is there a literary device that can show a type of ‘allusion’ to another part of the same story (no, I don’t mean foreshadowing)

So how exactly is foreshadowing an allusion? From some perspectives, sure, it correctly understood. But if you think of it by a different angle, you might just get your thoughts all twisted. So, what does it really mean?
