@4:24 how do you decide if you need to borrow one from seven? Why not zero minus 7? Also i've notice: in long division u got to have a large divident than the divisor in order for the division to work, but when it comes to getting the percentage, rate or base, the division is reversed, it's okay to divide small dividend on a big divisor. why?
