Its a hard life for some kids

Its a hard life when you need to get poked and prodded a lot due to extensive complex medical needs! Kayson handles it like a CHAMP! Even when life throws you curve balls you gotta enjoy the things you do have. For Kayson is getting an AWESOME X-Ray tech that let him actually play with the machine by pushing buttons and turning lights on and off multiple times (even though it was totally cutting into her lunch break). Making sure he was comfortable and enjoying his experience even when all he wanted to do was push buttons 😅. (Mom wrote out a kudos card for her to get acknowledged her awesomeness at work)

From 1 hospital to get checked with a chest xray unexpectedly for an illness kayson caused by being unsafe when drinking his milk on purpose....to the next hospital for our regular scheduled appts with renal ultrasound, spine xray (that tech didn't let him touch the machine although he tried 😂). To seeing the Neurologist and going over his last EEG and reminding me again that she really thinks he would benefit from getting a VNS put in..... although mom would rather wait until the RNS is approved for pediatric as its only approved in adults at the moment.

Parenting is hard, but being the child whom is being put through it all is even harder. We see you and we would hug all of you just so you would know you're not alone.
