2:30 Apprently Robin Williams ad libbed this entire scene. There were so many genius yet crude ones that they had to cut out half of them to keep the PG-13 rating lmao. The man was a genius my god. Pierce's reactions were genuine. You can actually tell he's trying very hard not to break character and laugh.

It's amazing. Daniel almost kills Stu in the restaurant and yet, it's the thing that reconciles their dislike for one another. Daniel sees Stu choking on his food due to his pepper allergy. Daniel, immediately feeling guilty and recognizing the error of his (Daniel's) ways, springs into action to desperately save Stu's life. Even after the reveal, Stu isn't upset to see Daniel. Daniel even apologizes about the pepper and Stu shakes Daniel's hand and is grateful that his life is saved and doesn't even have any ill will towards Daniel.
