Tepoztlán Morelos Mexico (THINGS TO DO & EAT)

Tepoztlan is a stunning Pueblo Magico located in Morelos Mexico. Tepoztlan Morelos is located just an hour and a half south of Mexico City and makes for a perfect day trip or weekend getaway.

In this Mexico Vlog we take you out in Tepoztlan and show you what to do in Tepoztlan. We start in the zocalo, then head to the market where we eat some delicious food, then stroll through the weekend open-air market before grabbing a mojito - a must do when you’re in Tepoztlan! We then try to climb El Tepozteco to see the Tepoztlan pyramid, but unfortunately couldn’t because it is closed so instead we opted to do an ATV Tour with Tepoztlan Adventures! We end the video trying some famous Tepoznieves in the plaza.

I spent a week in Tepoztlan in April, just loved it. Even did a temazcal, highly recommend! It is now one of the top contenders on our retirement in Mexico list. Its proximity to CDMX is convenient yet you get the small town atmosphere. Such beautiful scenery. Yes, pity about the hike, same thing when I was there...

A quick fun fact. Any town or village from Mexico that ends with "TLAN" means "among of", "place of". So the the first part of the name of any town/village is always diff(referring to something).

Your videos are so good and informative plus it looks like you're having a great time! In terms of Pueblos Mágicos I'd recommend Valle de Bravo, El Oro and Malinalco all in Estado de México they're different, beautiful and full of culture and just 1.5 hours away from CDMX

Oddly enough this reminds me of Quebec! The cobblestone, narrow streets and the markets.

Also, omg those mountains are so beautiful! And really appreciate the maps that you provide with walking distance. It makes everything seem more attainable. Sometimes with travel it's easy to be like, "oof I don't know how to get started", but you guys make me feel like we could book flights today and have the same day!!

WOW-WHAT A WICKED COOL PUEBLO... THAT MOUNTAIN WAS ABSOLUTELY KILLER... I REMEMBER WHEN WE WENT TO EUREKA IN CHIHUAHUA. A SMALL TOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF COPPER CANYON OR ( LOS BRANKAS DE COBRE ) WE DESCENDED AT NIGHT, BUT WHEN I WALKED OUT OF THE HOTEL IN THE MORNIN, I SAID HOW THE HELL DID WE GET HERE.
