This may be the best and most recognizable “Progressive House” track available to the mainstream. Certainly not the most favorited, but the best demonstration of the elements that went into creating Progressive House while it remained a pure subset of House, Trance and Techno music. One could argue a Breaks track can be heard within Zion as well. It embodies the sound that drove the underground electronic music scene for about 15 years give or take. If you break it apart, the drums have organic sounding kicks and techie percussion. The bass is a moogy synth - again organic and electric. It has an 808 State vibe, while incorporating Sasha/Digweed/PVD/JVM/CF/DH ethereal elements. Zion has it all.
