Most large truck stops have DEF pumps next to the Diesel pumps. You pay way less for the same thing and they go through lots of DEF on these pumps so you know its always good on expiration date.

in Europe we call the DEF fluid ADBLUE

Thank for sharing your video these is the first time I will do it but I had no clue how to do it. So once you finish pouring the def fluid do I leave the cap off and leave it open then start the engine then close it after few minutes later. Is that right?

Screw on cap leaks fluid on your vehicle and makes a mess on your paint job. There needs to be a gasket on the cap.
