I have used several healing frequency videos over the years, but I was just shocked to learn recently, that some are not tuned in the frequency that they promise! I can speculate on why, but that in itself is another topic! This one however I just checked with a tone generator, and it resonates perfectly 👍
I can highly recommend doing the same, several apps are available for free.
