Here is a little Turkish thing for upset stomach, boiled potatoes with lemon and salt. Works like a charm. Also freshly brewed mint with lemon is my favorite. You can find dried mint in Turkish markets, brew a tablespoon of dried mint in a cup of water and slice few slices of lemon while its boiling. Hope he feels better soon

I got sick on a trip and had to visit the hospital as advised by my friend. I got prescribed Imodium but according what is causing your problem, but unfortunately it didn’t work and I had it for 4 weeks. Hope get well soon Jeremy, it’s strange but I could only eat rice and chicken, toast with peanut butter,
