Hi! Another city in Russia - Chelyabinsk.
Now I've translated "суровый" as harsh/tough. A better way would be to say hard/serious/rough.
Some of the facts that should have been mentioned also:
This city was hit by a meteor in 2013.

I didn‘t know it myself, when I visited Chelyabinsk in 2008, but learned afterwards, that Chelyabinsk was a „forbidden town“ for foreigners over decades in the Stalin era. I like, how clean and calm it was…..

Ну старое кино. Сегодня 02.07.2020. С новым губернотором после 2019 значительно улучшилось дорожное покрытие. "Манхеттен" достроили почти, теперь вид обалденный с улицы Труда. Я жил в США и все время сравниваю нашу современную архитертуру и их. Мы уже не догоняем и это круто! Не хватает денег на дворы, так власти говорят. Во дворах - разруха. А в целом в летнее время, учитывая какой в Челябинске шикарный парк переходящий в полноценный лес, город прекрасен. И становится лучше и лучше день ото дня.
