As someone who played and beat sen 4 with the spreadsheet it's one hell of a game that ending will rock you. Took me roughly 130 hours to complete but worth every second.

I remember beating the PS4 re-release of Cold Steel 2 back in 2019 and I randomly got this trailer in my newsfeed. I was like, "Damn!!! theres still 2 more games to go with an edgy af Rean!?!(cuz of thumbnail)" First 20 seconds in with Kotomine/Osborne and I see our boy Rean is chained up > Me: "wtf happened to dude in a span of 2 games!?" and then 0:40 comes and hype meter just shatters. Seeing that Crow will magically alive and the added cherry on top with Estelle and my soul was not ready

I just realized another thing similar to Xenogears about Cold Steel

Valimar: Weltall(same stance on unarmed form)
Oni Valimar at the end of CS3: Id Weltall
True Valimar in CS4: Xenogears

Given that this the final cold steel game, I think the final boss will be the Great One. The final boss of the Liberl arc was the Aureole, which used weissmann as a vessel. The final boss of the Crossbell arc was the Azure Demurgios, a sept-terrion with mirage, space and time powers. The official bosses of the arcs were, in one form or another, sept-terrions. It would only be fitting for the Erebonia arc to conclude with a battle against the Great One, the sept-terrion fusion of fire and earth, and the curse of Erebonia combined.
