Macedon MP Mary-Anne Thomas and Monbulk MP Daniela De Martino made statements in parliament to mark the 40th anniversary of the tragedy in 2023.
Eastern Victoria MP Harriet Shing, Southern Metropolitan MP David Davis and Frankston MP Paul Edbrooke also acknowledged the 14th anniversary of the February 7 Black Saturday disaster.
