1) Have a healthy masculine figure in your life (i.e. God, podcast hosts, authors, real life examples)

2) Heal your own masculine energy (i.e. set goals and be disciplined, keep your promises to yourself)

3) Forgiveness (if you’ve been hurt by the masculine, picture them as a young 6 year-old hurt child in an adult’s body)

4) Make an energetic decision that you’re no longer available for wounded masculine energy (feel the shield going up and protecting you from unhealthy masculine energy, say an affirmation like “I only see healthy masculine men, I am only available for healthy masculine energy.” etc.)

Your mother deserves a big appraisal for the way she raised you and your brothers! Very inspiring for me to hear as a mother of two girls and dealing with a wounded masculine energy. He is very nice to the girls but has always mistreated me and no matter how I repeat he is harming our daughters by harming me, he just doesn’t seem to get it! I know I need to heal my childhood toxic masculine energy and stop my codependency and start to make money for me and my girls.

Alexis has the sharpest intuition to just KNOW what the majority of us need because I decided to transfer schools ( and Alexis is the reason why ! I cannot stay there ANY longer haha ) and I had so much inner-work and blessings done 😭✨ and one of them is healing blocks with men. Everyone there is so respectful and especially the BOYS shocked me the most..
