10:40 it's so funny to me that people legitimately forget that table has been in Base Game since forever, because it is tucked away in the Misc tab on the Surfaces category so it never shows up anywhere

One thing I really like about the updated builds is that the rooms overall are a LOT smaller. That helps them look less empty and less dark (in addition to the better lighting they’ve added to the game over the years).

Also, EA built a far better version of the Goth house than I EVER have.

In the Behind The Sims video when they show the "roadmap", they play the "Sul sul" sound from the Sims 2 intro when showing the eyes emoji on 2/25... 👀 It's around 1:05 in the video! It would be so much fun if they rereleased Sims 1 and 2, that's literally what my childhood was built on.

Based on how the event stuff has tied in to subsequent releases, I suspect they will release a throwback/nostalgia pack of some sort with stuff from previous games maybe? Would be pretty fun!

i love these new builds!! since these came out 10 years ago it kinda feels realistic with how they were saving up and they were finally able to afford these major renovations! shout to who whichever guru did these cause they are AMAZING

I think the wallpaper that was missing is maybe a new one they will add but they forgot to not use it until it was released, because there is no way someone just forgot to paint so many walls 😂

I absolutely love these upgraded townie homes. they have SO much more personality now! I was kinda sad to see the goths kitchen...it felt empty like it needs a butlers pantry or something. and I wish the landgraab mansion had a butlers quarters cuz you KNOW Nancy & Geoffry are NOT cooking or cleaning LOL. and I loved the Caliente household but i felt like there needs to be more of a footprint of Don living there. ---also motherlode season is giving me so much hope for a pack that ends up bringing burglars back and HOPEFULY as a active career and not rabbit hole so i can steal from everyone LOL

My brother plays this game he said when he opened his game up his saved game the landgraabs, Spencer Kim Lewis, the goth's, pancakes family, and Johnny zest homes was already updated to the new version homes yesterday when he opened his saved game

i kinda love the impracticality of the Landgraab's house having one singular couch that is like 15 ft away from the TV because you KNOW they never actually use that space😭 And just the overall cold and unlived in feeling it has, especially compared to the Pancake's house

The Landgraab house is amazing. The only thing that I feel like is missing is the Alto family. Really loved playing them. Hope they add them in some expansion.
