A few years ago, you were very focused on food preps but it looks like you ate through a lot of it.😄 We're at the point where I'm mainly replacing what we eat and moving from single ingredient canning to making meals. Love how multi-ingredient soups and stews look in the jar.👍 Last week, I made a Chicken Fajita mix that's going to be very tasty.😋 Looking forward to what you do next. Great videos.🌴😎

I remember watching your video making that auto rotating can shelving unit. You have a fantastic setup.

Canned food - we mainly use fresh veggies and soups, so almost never use cans. So I can't rotate them. But I have many many cases of them stacked. They can last for many decades.

Been using the freeze drier almost non stop for a long time . Finally slowed down a little. Temp has been running higher than I like and we shifted more to condiments and things along that route. Chickens slowed down so we’re giving more eggs away . I love your setups . Would love to go solar but I’m not sure where I could squeeze it in . Thanks for the info

Even with the empty shelves, you have more than most 😂.

Canned food is easy to buy all at once, but then it expires all at once if you dont eat it. But I'm freeze drying my older canned food, so not a loss. I recommend buying a lil extra canned food each month or so in order to stager those expiration dates further apart. And build your surplus of cans that way, And have proper infrastructure/ conditioned space to keep it in like this man does, . Avoid storing in a hot garage. I've said it before those MT House #10 cans are a gold mine, smart on your part, purchasing them years ago. That is real insurance.

Thank you for this informative video! Out of curiosity, do you have extra supply of pet food and does it have a significant shelf life or do you have to apply one of the processes like vacuum sealing to extend the shelf life? Thank you!
