Hi Connor,

Have a question related to stale stats on a 12c DB.
One of the options of automatic optimizer stats collection as part of automatic maintenance window is to gather stats on an object only if the stale percent is more than 10% but how can oracle determine if a table has changed more than 10% without actually gathering the stats in the 1st place.
