The Toy Car route: You manage to survive Toby Fox's attack. He then sentences you to push his car around until the next pet store, which is in Queen's Mansion. This changes things, since Queen and others will need to adapt to your punishment. This makes fighting or sparing easier, as either the toy car can be used as a ramming weapon (in conjunction with the sword) or the dog can be used as a mercy factor (due to cuteness).

The amount of nostalgia I felt when toby fox in his toy car appeared was immeasurable, I remember pushing my little brother around in the car while he pretended to drive it
