i always start my English exam from Section C which is always literature and then Section B which is Grammar and Writing and al last go to Section A Which is Reading section.

I usually start with passages Kyuki usme jyada time lagta hai pehle toh passage hi samajh nahi aata phir 10min samajhne me hi lagta hai
