I’ve done the virtual tour of this home and while it’s nice and big, lots of sf space, however imo there isn’t enough light flowing through the home (it seems the weather outside isn’t that sunny, maybe it’s a location thing) which again imo might make it a scary place to walk through even in the day time! Also imo, it’s not lavish enough, it’s almost too plain for such a big home, the bathroom en suites I found were boring for such a big house also the kitchen appliances were sub par. This house is going to need some upgrades or it might never sell, because who wants to move into a big home where it’s too gloomy outside if there’s no eye candy inside! Imo the indoor swimming pool was the only A+ feature.
