Trusting the process means controlling one's fears and anxiety multiple times a day, something many of us don't know how to do, and the answer -somewhat ironically- find and trust the process for that. By cutting the challenges into smaller, manageable pieces we can finally advance, and then we should still have patience and trust the process.

You best ally in this is the compounding effect of these tiny actions.

to sum it up as someone has said before "long-lasting change comes from small steps repeated regularly over time, with self-compassion between every step".

When removing blocks, I want the process in the shortest amount of time, but when I'm having fun I want the scenic long process to last for miles (smile.)
