Well the strong guys look happy but I would aim for aesthetics and be happy because I have Diabetes it depends whats going on inside and what your saving rather than what your aim is none of the aesthetic guys look happy no smiles within I'm 275 and want to be happy but happiness isn't allways a trend just an inside job of getting knocked off and bouncing back

Strength is actually useful. Most people won't even see your aesthetics because you usually wear a shirt in public and it takes too long to achieve aesthetics, not worth it.
