Learn Nawari Rhythm for Djembe [Baladi Family #5]

A rhythm from Lebanon for jamming, playing along tracks or to use as a starting base for improvisation.

Nawari is an odd Middle East rhythm, as it starts with a Tone and most start with a Bass. It is used for the Dabke, a type of line dances, and generally in Levantine folk music. As a player, you can easily combine it with other Baladi rhythms or the Wahda rhythms, adding the freshness of a different 1.
