Silk sarees with lot of zari do not work this way, for which we need pins to secure pleats in place, which would otherwise show you extremely bulky..

I tried to tell my aunt abt the hip pleats. She told me that's only for slip ppl. Im not even huge! I can wear a sari and still look great. Is that true? Why would it matter how big or small you are!?
