How come this video can show freestanding? Mine cannot

I stood no chance with the vacum cleaner. Its been 4 months since i bought it and twice i had to send it back to office for repair...the roller just wouldnt work more than a month. We maintained it well that is emptying the trash and cleaning etc...but in vain. Disappointing!!
