Deliver this content from someone that knows what they are talking about, not reading a script. It's so annoying and hard to follow.

I can't get past the vocal fry, sorry.

It seems like almost every video that I watch that is produced by Microsoft where I try to learn how to actually use the product, it's nothing but a bunch of marketing with someone who just is reading a script.

Please get someone else to speak about this. It sounds like she was chosen just because.
She sounds like a stuttering beginner. Listen to other security vendors for example.

Sorry, one other complaint that Microsoft will equally dismiss and maybe delete like they did my last one. If you're going to have someone deliver your product content in the English language, make sure that it is somebody who is eloquent enough and easy enough to be understood. I can barely understand the guy who is presenting in this video much like almost every video I watch from Microsoft. Either it is a diversity hire that requires a script in order to deliver the presentation or it is someone who can barely speak the language being spoken. Both are a very bad look.
