Thankyou so much for your video. Your kill switch identification did the trick. I was confounded and it was the slider next to the start switch, dang. (still had to blow the carbeurator jets but that is beside the point.) Thanks again!

Thank you! I just bought a new scooter and was trying to get it started for the first time for an hour. Watched this video, put up the kickstand and if fired on first try....LOL

Maybe that's the reason the blue cdi won't work i have to check that. thank you

I cant find anything about it. How do you fix it if while the middle kick stand it up and your kick starting it the moped rolls forward? The kick start is on the other side of the kick stand now.
It cant be started, and it wont go back onto the kickstand because their blocking each other.

Hi. I'm riding a 2008 Yamaha Vino. Recently I noticed that the scooter wouldn't turn off with the kickstand down. More recently, I have had an intermittent starting issue. No electricity is getting to starter, turn indicators or horn. If I open and close the kickstand several times I can get the scooter to start (and all other electrical items works properly).
I have concluded that the kickstand kill switch has an intermittent issue. My question is: how do I even access it to repair it?

Interesting! I had my kickstand broken a few years ago and was relying on the full stand. What happen if I put a used kick stand but couldn't get it to properly?

I have a 150 roketa Bermuda, I got it used, it ran fine for a month or two, then while riding, it turned off. We realized it wasn't getting gas, we replaced the petcock valve and still nothing, we have now realized its not getting gas to the spark plug, we removed the carb. And could find nothing with our untrained Please help, this is my only ride to work and I've been walking to and from for a week.

Can you help me my scooter dosent start up i try with electric start and it dosent run and we tryed the leg thing start still no works but the bike is good everything working but we did it 1 time but dosent work anymore

My 150cc DongFang scooter was missing the kill switch on the handlebar cluster, and the wiring leading up to it.  The wires are hanging there with no plastic connector clip.  There are six wires total and the new replacement switch has six pins.  The wire colors are:  qty 2 brown, qty 2 green, 1 yellow, 1 blue.  Since the connector clip was cut off by a previous owner can you tell me in what position on the switch these colors go?
