Super acne-prone gal here -- i've found that pure grapeseed oil is great for make-up removal and its actually good for acne-prone/oily skin! I used it as a nighttime moisturizer as well

there are oils that are high in linoleic acid that helps w/ acne like rosehip seed, argan, sunflower, grapeseed, evening primose, hemp seed etc. i use argan myself and it never ever breaks me out, but yeah coconut oil is a no-no

I can't stop buying this product. It has done wonders for my blemishes. I used to have them all over my jaw line, forehead, cheeks and now I get a few with hormonal changes around the time of the month. Does the trick with pimples while not drying you out. My skin has actually gotten less oily. Love this argan life Ultra Nourishing Argan Oil.

First off, thank you so much for all the time and energy you put into your videos and blog. You are such an inspiration 🙌🏼

I recently got off birth control (which I was on for 10+years to manage my acne), and with this change my skin is going crazy. If you have any advice on how to help get through this it would be also much appreciated!

Also, what’s up with at home Derma rollers (micro needling)? Thoughts?

Thanks again for all you do, you beautiful soul 💛

Hey Cassandra! When using Dr. Bronner's, how much do you use? Do you always use your hands (no wash cloth, or other gentle cleaning cloth)? Do you always use the Tea Tree one?

I wasn't aware make up removing balms existed. I personally hate make up removers in general because they tend to be oily and irritant to always my eyes and sometimes my skin. But thanks to your video I did some research and found two really cool cruelty free Mexican ecological cosmetics brands. One is called Abeja Reyna and the other Indra Ecosmeticos. The latter is zero waste and holds a make up remover bar. And the first one a cleansing balm. I am going to try them. Y'all should try them too!
