this is an insanely useful technology to anyone who owns land near moving water. 15KW that is insane, the average household maximum draw is maybe ever 4 KWh. Simple construction, centerpiece, and some wiring and you can have any house off the grid until the water stops flowing

Those small water turbines are amazing really amazing, and look for the current multibillion dollar utility companies to lobby politicians to regulate against them. If communities can produce their own unique opportunity to get off the grid believe me it will be fought by the 1%! Keep us dependant, keep us working ourselves to death for them. I hope there's a better future for us.
