Blue Van Dyke, from The StudioC simplifies the church organizational structure into four main areas: Executive Leadership, Products, Distribution, and Promotion.
The role of Executive Leadership is to set the vision, strategy, and culture of the organization, while the Product-focused group creates and develops things like the weekend experience, small group ministry, etc. The Distribution group is responsible for delivering the product to the consumers. Then the Promotion group tells the world why they should consume that product, or products. Underneath these four areas, there is a group of people who provide support services such as HR, finance, and IT to help the other groups do their jobs better.
The science of promotions is often missing in churches and is what StudioC brings to the table.
