Penalty for dipping into the going to make those tryline pick and goes pretty pointless.

It's killing rugby and will increase head and shoulder injuries. Nothing in any of those takles is endangering the safety of players .

One area that Rugby didn’t need to change was the rules on tackles, can we please just go back to how it was 10 years ago.

Lets just play soccer and fending-instead of tackling.

How many people at grass roots get head injuries that have led to this being required. It's also over complicated. The RFU should invest in getting coaches to teach proper tackle technique.

Ban stand up tackling, that'll cover what you need, with one simple instruction.

Flip side would be more off loading, possibly leading to a faster paced game. I'm OK with that.

Outlawing the ball carrier to dip into contact is ridiculous 😂

A penalty for dipping into the tackle would destroy Rugby. Excessive dipping into the tackle should merely make a high tackle legal, but making it a penalty the other way is a joke.

FML - bring back raking, no arms tackles, dump tackles, no pause before engage in the scrums... obviously joking, but a line has to be drawn somewhere here.

The middle one of the three did look like defender’s arm around the neck?

😂😂😂😂😂😂 Is someone/group of people in powerful places wanting to make the game "safer" for their kid/s that can't handle the contact? Rugby isn't for everyone just as is the case with any other sport. But there will always be a place for those that choose to partake.
