A couple of weeks ago we talked about assessing your 2017 limiters, what held you back last season based on your performance in the open and the weeks leading to the open. This week we start our segments which will give you some insight in how to approach next year and what you need to be doing in order to assure your best performance in the most efficient and productive way. Listen in to hear from Brute's director of strength and conditioning on how to build seasons and what they should be intended to do.

i really enjoyed this. I just started implementing this into my training for the past three weeks. Question. How many metcons should be happening a week for an open athlete? im used to doing 6+ a week but I have been wanting to get stronger so i toned them back to 4 a week. would less or more be beneficial?
