Retired President Uhuru Kenya now claims that the Nairobi Peace Process into the DRC conflict which he facilitated was sidelined. Appearing to respond to criticism from Rwanda President Paul Kagame that he was overbearing, Uhuru claimed the process not only faced logistical headwinds but was equally being sabotaged.

DRC conflict has become more of a Rwanda issue than being Congolese! Kagame is repeated more than the DRC president! All DRC failures from rampant corruption, state failure, tribal divisions, unequal sharing of natural resources, etc all is swept under the carpet, and Rwanda is blamed instead. On one hand, Rwanda is urged to keep away from DRC issues but at the same time, everything is done to make DRC issues Rwanda's to carry! The entire situation is confused and Rwanda remains with nothing else to do other than guarding her territory to ensure that these mad folks can not cause harm to Rwandans
