Hi, I just found your videos today and am really enjoying them! I have a couple of questions about this one. First, do you think that massaging the powerful opposing flexors would also be helpful for treating lateral epicondylitis? Second, you focus on specificity and show finger movements designed to isolate each muscle. Yet you refrain from naming the individual muscle that you are focused on with each. Is this because you sense that most therapists are better off thinking about what they feel in the arm rather than recalling attachments for each muscle? Thanks!
