WOW.... what hat did you pull this little gem from? The same one as that "5" at 47:11 maybe? 😂 Yes Lincoln, I DID spot that little bit of skulduggery, you didn't get away with it!

Brilliant video, and now I have yet another game to add to my wants list. At this rate I'm gonna need to build an extension to hold all the games I keep buying because of you guys. Maybe I should send you the bill when the work's complete..?

Joking aside, this was a terrific video, I really enjoyed learning about this game, which while challenging, doesn't seem to be so deep that you couldn't play it after a day at work.

Hollywood Dave for the win! Love the movie set synergy. Great game. Figuring out what cards work well together is crucial, and you have a bunch of rounds to work it out. Nikki having those clairvoyant cards were great IF you have a bunch of 3-value cards...unfortunately she didn't have enough to make them worth it...but they were still worth 4 on their own...you gamble you'll get the cards you need...if you do, fantastic, if you don't...knowing when to dump the cards is key.

Love that it's a 1-8 game too...it's like getting 8 Magic decks in one box...open it up and play with 7 friends...or 6 with a robot...I think I need to pick this one up.

Nikki's only real misstep was not making sure she had 3's to pair with her sorcerers. She only had the one dog that she ended up getting rid of.

This is quite the game, I remember playing war with my siblings at my grandmothers house. She had a drawer full of decks of cards that were incomplete. No worries about damaging cards while we played and we could start with huge decks. We also played with as many as 6 players. Ties led to the tied doing an extra war to decide who won that hand. Many a rainy day on the floor playing war.

what's with the glitch at 47:13? It looks like Lincoln plays a card with a 9 value then it magically turns into a rubber duck.

25:33 - Dave says that at the end of the SECOND ROUND you have to take out a Beta card and swap it out for one of the R cards. Where in the rules does it say "second round"? I thought the swap had to be done at the very start of the tournament.

In the final Lincoln drew a Clairvoyant (4) to Dave's 3 cat and then he kept drawing instead of winning. He also didn't use that clairvoyant power when it went away (he could have put the 10 villain on top).

Nice playthrough. I wondered since years why you never made a playthrough of the fantastic game VIKTORY II by Morrison games out of Texas. Since i got it send to me to Germany, i played it continously. A fantastic game.

Really interested in this one. It was an interesting playthrough. Since all of the cards are sleeved, is it fair to assume that the card quality isn't that great? Sleeved cards seem to fit in the plastic draw decks, but do they fit in the box ok?
