The pookah is a shape-shifting entity of Celtic origin. It embodies chaos and unpredictability. Capable of taking the form of various animals, it roams the countryside, playing tricks and causing disturbances. Although often portrayed as mischievous and malevolent, the Pooka can also assist those who earn its favor.
