The graph of 'abc conjecture'

There's a lot of talk about proving "abc conjecture", but I didn't understand it at all. If I had this graph from the beginning, I wouldn't have bothered with it.

ただ、冒頭 0:05 ごろの S の書き方がかなりヘンテコ（てか誤り）でして、
僕なりに正しく書き直すと S_ε = { (a, b, c) | q(a, b, c) - 1 ＞ ε } でしょうかね。
