There were some great ideas in this video. I particularly like the last one -- rolling from lying on your back to standing and then slamming the club. (I'll have to try that one with my Steelbell.) Though I tried to see, I couldn't make it out -- what was the weight of that club? (I did see that the club standing on the floor was a 4-lb, so I'd infer that the one he's using is likely, though not necessarily, a 4 as well.)
