as a United fan i dont get it. Dont see how Sterling whos almost 30 and known for wasting big chances, is remotely the same value as a 24 year old Sancho who is far younger and we know how good he could be on his day. United and Chelsea solving a problem for one another, but if it works out for Chelsea they get a much better deal.

This feels like an awful deal for man united. Its clearly just a swap for two players each team doesnt want. But chelsea get so much more. Sancho is still young and even if he doesnt work out he can be sold on for at least some money back. Sterling is washed and 29 best he can be for utd is a decent squad player. If he gets a 3 year contract. Then doesnt perform. Theyre not gonna renew it and hes just gonna leave for free

Utd fans will never accept sterling as a Liverpool City reject.

Sterling is arguably better than all of the wingers at our club currently.

Fantastic video, focused on facts and exploring the thoughts of both clubs, rather then sensationalist statements

This has got to be a loan for loan deal IMO as Sterling is at an age where there will be no resale value and Sancho isn't. If the deal is a permanent one Utd should be getting £25m plus a Sterling and having a 25% sell on clause for Sancho and also with a gentlemans agreement that Chelsea back off from Toney then we get Toney with the money they give us for Sancho. Or instead swap Sancho for someone else (Colwill, W.Fofana, Lavia, Nkunku or Madueke maybe)

Sancho is “only” on abt 250k . And hes 6 yrs younger than sterling . So Sancho is cheaper, and he only has two (possibly one) year left on his contract compared to sterling’s 3. And Utd hv made a massive point of NOT signing older players .
Why wld United do this? Its a feint to get more cash out of Juve.

The only premier League winner man united have in the team is Jonny Evans currently
Bringing sterling in is decent he has experience as a winner and I think he could do well as a squad player

I appreciate the analysis. I don't think you're wrong. But I still just don't want Sterling. It's not a quality thing necessarily or a tactical thing. I just do not like him or his vibe or the fact he's played for our arch rivals.

No no no nO Sterling would stunt Garnacho development. No, Sterling isnt needed. Dude cant hit a barn door, too much money, too old.

I disagree. If Sancho does in fact choose Chelsea much like Joao Felix he will take atleast a £100k/ week wage cut from £250k to £150k. That alone to mean would make Chelsea a huge winner.

Clinching in straws with this take. Shoehorning rahim sterling to united when united have 4-5 players that can do the same thing

Id rather give sancho a new contract and leave him.in the reservers then get sterling

Sterling in no way makes United better.

I would rather just give Chelsea sancho for a greggs pasty. And leave sterling at Chelsea.

And btw, yea Sancho is embarrassing for Utd, bt by the end of next year Im willing to bet both he and casimero r gone.
All the others - maguire, ericson, lindyhop, etc - go automatically.
Bt then thts it for us - we have pretty much cleaned house.
