Today, Rashuana Scott leads a real estate investor community called “Flippin’ In Heels,” but it all started when she was wearing safer shoes on abandoned lots. Rashauna is our guest in this episode. She’s here to share her real estate journey and advice on personal and community investments.

Rashuana got her lending license at age 18. She never stopped learning and growing from there. The investment formula she learned along the way was: find it, fund it, flip it, and exit. She explains how to identify and capture value at each stage of that formula.
