Mountain Merino Wool Scouring: Raw to clean

Our wool scouring process is unique to the Mountain Meadow Wool, being built in house and used weekly! We take our raw wool and send it through several tubs of high temperatures using eco-friendly soap to clean the grease out of the wool. The merino wool comes out white as a cloud ready to be made into yarn!
Here at Mountain Meadow Wool, we scour roughly 40,000 lbs of raw wool a year!
