A major shareholder of Regional Express has launched an extraordinary bid to roll the airline’s board and add new directors.
In a market filing on Friday morning, Rex said Lim Kai Hai had requested a general meeting of the business to consider the removal of five board directors.
The stock filing also says Mr Lim wants two people added to the board.
Mr Lim stepped down as executive chairman last month.
