Nice machines. No wasted time between each step of the process. That second wedge that flips up looks very handy too.

MultiTec Firewood Processing Mills with patented jaw log advancement seem to be ideally suited for an automatic photo cell sensing for length cut off, stop, and log advancement vs operator manual input and further add auto log diameter sensing which would allow for continual splitter height to be adjusted for each piece keeping splitter perfectly centered for any log diameter as it it processed further increasing output volume, quality, and consistancy while reducing operator fatigue and training times?
Circle blade firewood precessors appear to me to have many advantages over chain bar counterparts. Whereas if initial higher acquisition costs can be justified, it's almost a no brainer choice for any operation large enough to be considering acquiring a firewood processor.
As I have come to expect from you, maybe somewhat presumptively, another in depth informative video, Great Job!!!

Hey Chris, I love that equipment and believe it or not - my favorite thing I saw was that pivoted grapple forwarder. I can see you (or Ken) swinging log piles around the yard whenever you like. Of course I love circular saw processors, the Multitek is great.

Wow those professors are NICE! Love the claw on the big processor but the small processor would be perfect!👍TCT

Nice review Chris. Big circle saws bring back memories from ago. Tractor mounted, belt driven. GNI

Very good review of the Multitek processors. One thing that wasn't covered is how the log is measured and stopped, I think it is a laser beam but I'm not sure how it works. Also how does he determine the cookie cut. Great video Chris!

There must be big big money in the firewood industry at the price of the equipment and vehicles required to operate and produce simple firewood 😊

All kinds of different levels on equipment and each one has its unique features.
Kind of how the automotive industry used to be better with

Any way you could make a video comparing splitters that are entry level for people just starting a firewood business? Also, how can I send pictures of my setup? Bins and wood and what not.

For efficiency in the right sized operation, a big processor is great on logs over 10in. Lair it with a processor designed for logs under 12in and you'd gain efficiency. Well, would burn less fuel. Or a person could start with the small processor for $25k that does 12in logs with a log splitter for bigger stuff. Then upgrade later to a bigger processor. Would that make sense for a growing operation?😊
